When an online merchant submits a transaction, they go into a queue where the end user is expected to approve the transaction by tapping their card with their phone.

Thats it!, and with a single Tap, the transaction is securely signed with unique signatures.

There is no way to copy/reuse signatures and the actual private key never leaves the card.

Our Smart cards offer contact aswell as contactless(NFC Interface). Our proprietary technology allows our smart phone app to communicate with the smart card over NFC to generate transaction signatures and complete the transaction.

We are in process of evaluating how certain low value transactions for trusted merchants could be completed without using our smart card and purely using user's smart phone(similar to google pay), and this functionality could be offered based on client request.
